1. Why should I choose Improved Resume to write my resume?

2. How long will it take to get my resume?

Once your form is submitted, you will be assigned an Improved Resume Writer. Your IRW will then review your form and will send you your 3 Improved Sheets and resume draft within 36-48 hours*. Once you have received your draft and made corrections your resume writer will submit your final draft in 12-24 hours*. If your writer needs more information or has questions for you, then that will add time to the process. That is why we ask you to fill out your form as completely as possible. However, the average customer receives their resume in 3 days from the time their form was submitted.

3. What if I need my resume sooner than 3 days?

At this time we do not offer a rush service

4. What if I am not 100% satisfied or don't get more interviews?

Improved Resume is based on customer satisfaction. We assign every customer an Improved Resume Writer and we want you and your IRW to develop a relationship. If you are not satisfied with your resume, it is your IRW's duty to rewrite your resume until you are. If you are dissatisfied with your Improved Resume Writer we will assign you another one. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you don't get more interviews we will make any and all of the changes you want for 30 days, until you get the results you want.

6. What do I get with my order?

Improved Resume only offers complete resume packages. The contents of each package varies, so please check the Pricing or Features page for details.

7. Who will be working on my resume?

All resumes are written by qualified Improved Resume Writers. All writers are instructed in house, and are kept up to date of changes going on in our industry. For more information go to our About Us page.

8. Does Improved Resume employ a quality control process?

Each resume is checked by another Improved Resume Writer using our proprietary check sheet for quality assurance. Each resume is then processed through a popular application screening software to make sure that it matches the applicable position.

9. How do I contact my Improved Resume Writer?

All of our Improved Resume Writers have their own email address. If for any extraordinary circumstance your IRW cannot answer you, another IRW will be given your information and they will respond to you ASAP. Please include your order # in all of your correspondence to expedite the process. This allows your Improved Resume Writer to match you with your information.

11. Will my personal information and/or order be shared with anyone?

At Improved Resume confidentiality is of the utmost importance. We want you to hold us in the highest regard, so we treat our customers the same way. You're email address, personal information, work information, and credit card information will absolutely NOT be shared with anyone. Your credit card will be processed securely by Pay Pal, and will show up on your billing statement as a charge from IMPROVEDRES. They will only process the transaction. You will not receive marketing emails or be signed up for any other services or newsletters. Your privacy is our priority.

12. Why does Improved Resume only offer packages?

We only offer packages because we know our customers need a complete solution. We don't believe in charging for items you should get anyway. Check out our packages and see what we have to offer.

13. What information do I need to provide to get my resume?

We have a comprehensive form that all of our customers fill out. This form was designed to get a basis of where you are and where you want to go. You need your complete work and education history to complete the form.

14. What methods of payment can I use for purchase?

Through our merchant provider, PayPal, we accept all major credit cards.

15. What if I lose the files I received?

Once your final draft is ready, you will receive a copy of all of your files in an email. You will also get a CD with the same files as a backup. If for any reason something happens to your files we keep all of our files on a secure backup system just in case you lose yours.

17. What if I don't have a lot of free time, can you accommodate someone with a busy schedule?

Our process is based on you. We can go as fast as you like or as slow as you like. You don't have to worry about calling us during business hours, or worry about being stuck on the phone. You can email us at anytime 24 hours a day and a response is guaranteed by the following business day.
